Services to the Field
Registration deadline: March 3 Services to the Field provides support for managerial, artistic, or information services that strengthen the nonprofit infrastructure for the visual arts in New York State. Eligible projects could include regranting, convening opportunities, information services such as the creation of a network of interconnected websites, referral services, or technical support for ongoing collaborative relationships. Funds from this category may cover consultants' fees, administrative costs, and/or travel expenses within the state as applicable. Applicants are strongly encouraged to confer with NYSCA staff before the March registration deadline. Application Instructions The on-line application form includes the following questions, and a project budget. Required support materials are listed below. Application Narrative Questions 1. Program Summary 2. Audience 3. Delivery 4. Project Staff 5. Marketing 6. Finances 7. Evaluation 8. Publications Support Materials Support material must be postmarked or hand-delivered to the program by the application deadline. If you want support materials returned, provide a self-addressed stamped envelope. 1. Representative samples of brochures or marketing materials, as appropriate 2. Sample questionnaires, on-line surveys, or user evaluations of your services 3. If funding is requested for a publication, provide 3 copies of a recent edition. |
