Administrative Salary Support
Registration deadline: February 22, 2011 The category is designed for new applicants to begin the process of professionalizing the organization. Funds awarded in this entry-level category are directed toward the salary of a professional staff position that helps ensure organizational capacity to carry out essential programmatic and developmental activities. Funding is awarded on a single-year basis for up to three years with the expectation that the organization will develop the capability to sustain the position. Grants in this category range from $2,500 to $10,000 and will not exceed 50% of the salary. Application Instructions The online application form includes the questions below. Applicants are also required to submit: online Organizational Budget for the current fiscal year, Project Budget (please use the Budget Notes section to detail income and expense items), Cultural Data Project Report and support materials. Please note that your request amount should not exceed 50% of the total Project Budget. First-time applicants are required to call staff before the registration deadline.
