  Technical Assistance

The goals of Technical Assistance support are to strengthen the management capacity and advance long-term stability of small and mid-sized organizations. Technical Assistance may be directed to a broad range of concerns including long range planning, board development, public relations, and marketing, fundraising, and audience development.

Organizations must have a history of support from this Program and have a proven ability to deliver stable, high-quality programs and maintain effective management systems.

Technical Assistance is a program of the New York State Council on the Arts Special Arts Services Program and is administered by the Harlem School of the Arts. Organizations should contact the Harlem School of the Arts in writing for information on eligibility, application procedures, and funding deadlines.
