  Technical Assistance

Technical assistance for organizational and professional development is administered by the Experimental TV Center (ETC) in Owego and is available to both NYSCA-funded and non-applicant organizations throughout the year. The purpose of this TA fund is to provide support for strengthening operations and staff capacity through board development, strategic and long range planning, assessment, and staff training. Limited funding is available for consultants to assist organizations in this work and for staff attending conferences, seminars and workshops. Applications are made through a letter to ETC outlining the scope of work requested, including a budget.

Technical assistance is not available for project support or to augment Exhibition, Distribution, Preservation or other Program funding categories.

For more information, contact The Experimental Television Center, 109 Lower Fairfield Road, Owego, NY 13811. (607) 687-4341.
