The Council urges all organizations applying for capital funds to carefully plan and recognize the implications and consequences of capital projects. Arts organizations located in New York City's five boroughs are strongly encouraged to contact the Nonprofit Finance Fund and the Arts and Business Council for technical support before undertaking a capital project.
