  NYSCA applicants' electronic files

Every organization establishes and maintains a NYSCA electronic file. The file contains information NYSCA needs to process and track your grant requests and funding history. Organizations gain access to their individual files using a username/password combination.

Organizations' electronic files can be established at any time. If your organization has applied to NYSCA in any year since 2000, you already have a NYSCA file. Contact the NYSCA help desk if you need reminding of your username or password.

New applicants start this process by creating an organization profile. When you are ready to begin, click the First-time Users Start Here button.

Important note:
Please be sure your organization is not already in the NYSCA system! Contact the NYSCA help desk to verify that your organization is really new.
